| I'm havin an absolute blast! I live just a few miles from some of the best twisties in the state. Love to ride the canyons in the nearby mountians! I ride the local canyons and curvey mountian passes several time a week. Whoo-hoooo!
Mods: GenMar risers (They're how much!? But, way mo betta!) Asian Cycle flush mount front signals (nice) K&N pod filters, carb rejet & tune (don't like the extra intake noise, but it sure makes working on the bike tons easier, and did increase performance some) DIY fender eliminator (great price & it looks good too) 12 volt acc. socket inside front fairing (handy) BT45s on front and back (sure beats the stock junk Dunlop rubber, but the rear BT45 tire wore quick - maybe try a Sport Demon next) Alaska Leather sheepskin seat cover Removed windscreen (lots less buffeting - try it!) Extra brake lights in empty tail sockets (Whoa! Yeah, I'm on the brakes man. Plus more red on the bike ;-> ) HindSight bar end mirror (spendy, but what a view!) Fiamm horn (BEEP!) Brake lever pin helmet lock (easier to use than the one above the pillion peg) Looking forward to a seat reshape to help keep the lower rider parts from going numb. Yeah, I always wear full gear - including riding pants. |
