March 2007 - One year review. I've logged over 8,000 miles on it with all but 650 being commuter miles living in the middle of the metroplex of Fort Worth - Dallas, Texas. My opinion is it's very dependable, economic, low cost, easily maintained, bike that is very adapt for city travel. The mild power band is forgiving for the new rider. However, with good throttle and transmission management it is a very capable machine in the congested highway environment as well as the curves of the countryside. The standard riding position makes the 250 more comfortable during long commutes. However, the seat is lacking for any longer touring needs. A mid-level sport bike it is not. You will not be thrilled with rapid acceleration as found on the 600cc varieties and should not expect to be compared to them. However, for a 250cc bike, you will be hard pressed to find a more enjoyeable, good performing bike with such a reasonable price and reputation.

July 2007 - Rolled 10,000 miles on the odometer!
